Under $50, you pay the actual shipping cost. Checkout works it out from your address and the weight of your box, before you pay.
If your dog doesn't love a treat, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a different one or refund you in full. You don't need to send opened treats back.
Email us with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within one business day, usually with the refund or swap already on its way.
Sorry about that. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it right away at no cost.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show them within 5–7 business days.
Yes, within 30 days. We'll refund the treats once they reach us. Return shipping is on us if we made a mistake.
Personalized birthday biscuits, since they're made just for your dog. If one arrives broken, we'll still replace it.

Yes. We hand-deliver for free, with no minimum order, in Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Queen Creek and Sun Lakes, usually within 1–3 days. Enter your zip in the cart or on our Shipping page to check.
Yes. We ship early in the week so boxes don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend, and chews and biscuits handle heat well. In summer we add a cold pack to soft treats.
